Understanding Anxiety and Panic Attacks!


What Is Anxiety?

Those of you who are having problems with anxious thoughts 
might be interested in this article... Here it is! 


Listen up! If you have ever suffered from an anxiety attack
you know what it is.  Your heart seems to be leaping out of 
your chest and you feel as though you are crawling out of 
your skin. Your skin feels cold and clammy, you are trembling 
and even shaking. Your thoughts are jumbled and you may even 
have trouble breathing or swallowing.  You feel as though you 
are a prisoner of your mind, and you are. Then you panic!








Some studies have found that about 20 percent of the population will, 
at one time in their life, suffer from panic or anxiety attacks.  
Many people who end up having an anxiety attack wind up in 
the hospital emergency room, convinced that they are having 
a heart attack. Many of the anxiety attack symptoms are similar 
to that of a heart attack, although heart attacks do not generally
